FAQs

  • If you're worried about leaving your little one or don’t have childcare, we always find a way. Feel free to bring your baby to my treatment room if they aren’t yet crawling, or join via Zoom if you aren’t near Oxford. Zoom tends to work well if you have older children. We can schedule sessions during nap times or work around your child’s schedule.

  • If you're finding day-to-day managing a painful challenge, I urge you to contact your GP as soon as possible. You can also book a free 20-minute consultation to discuss how you can best be supported.

  • Parenting a neurodivergent child may bring extra challenges, but there will always be ways to honour your own needs, boundaries, and values.

  • I don't give parenting advice. Instead, we can explore how you can make profound changes to live the life you want to and be the mother you want to be.

  • The first session is 90 minutes, followed by subsequent one-hour sessions.

  • We typically start with a package of six sessions. If we feel the need for more support, we can add further packages of three sessions.

  • The initial package of six sessions is £650, and subsequent packages of three sessions are £300. This includes email and deep rest support throughout our time together.
