You may have tried meditation, therapy, or medication, but life still feels like an uphill battle.
Perimenopause and menopause can be likened to walking through fire; we may feel completely undone. It's a time to enter into a new relationship with ourselves for the next phase of life. This period is marked by potent creativity and a radical letting goof the old to make way for the new.
Through Well Woman menopause coaching, we can address:

With so much new press and media attention on this life stage, it's difficult to discern what's happening within yourself. If you're in your late 40s or 50s and experiencing new and difficult body and mind symptoms, chances are you're experiencing the hormonal shifts typical of this stage. If in doubt, please contact your GP.

The internet is inundated with remedies, supplements, and HRT medications. While I'm aware of many of them and advocate for healthy habits, I do not give medical advice. The decision to take HRT or other supplements is often debated, and it's not within my scope to advise on this. However, I can guide you to relevant practitioners.

Concerned about scheduling or finances? We typically begin with a package of six sessions (ideally weekly or bi-weekly). If we feel the need for more support, we can add on a package of three sessions at a time.

The initial session is 90 minutes, followed by subsequent one-hour sessions.

The initial package of six sessions is £650, and subsequent packages of three sessions are £300. This includes email support and deep rest guidance throughout our time together.
